Initial contact and consultation: We meet to discuss every aspect of the build, including the property, style, finish options, and budget. This might consist of multiple meetings depending on what stage of planning you are at.

Final review and contract: The plans and options are priced, finalized, and the contract is signed.

Construction: Once construction is started, you are able to be involved as much or as little as you prefer. Several milestone walkthroughs are conducted to ensure we are meeting all of your wants and needs.
